UK earnings statement generator
Generate a self-prepared UK earnings statement in GBP on A4 paper. QuickStub supports employee and contractor record types for the United Kingdom. No region is required. All plans are billed in USD.
What a UK QuickStub record covers
QuickStub supports two UK record types: employee and contractor. Each shows the applicable line categories — for employees, lines such as gross pay, income tax, and National Insurance contributions; for contractors, gross earnings and a simpler deduction set. All lines are user-entered.
QuickStub does not compute PAYE income tax, National Insurance, or any other UK statutory deduction. The app shows the line categories the record type uses, and you enter your own figures. The document records what you enter.
A QuickStub earnings statement is not a statutory employer pay slip. Under UK law, employers must provide employees with an itemized pay statement on or before each payday. That document comes from the employer or payroll system, not from QuickStub. QuickStub is for self-prepared income records only.

Honest, legitimate use only
These templates are for documenting income you actually earned. They are not 'fake stub' tools. We don't guarantee that any lender or landlord will accept a self-prepared document, and we don't recommend submitting one without supporting evidence like a tax return and bank statements.
Pair this record with a self-assessment tax return and bank statements covering the same period.
Frequently asked questions
What UK record types does QuickStub support?
Two: employee and contractor. Each changes the line categories in the document.
Is this a statutory employer pay slip?
No. UK law requires employers to provide employees with an itemized pay statement before each payday. A QuickStub record is self-prepared and is not issued by an employer, payroll system, or HMRC.
Does QuickStub calculate PAYE or National Insurance?
No. All UK tax and deduction lines are user-entered. QuickStub does not compute PAYE income tax, National Insurance, or any statutory UK deduction.
Is billing in GBP or USD?
All plans are billed in USD. The earnings statement itself is denominated in GBP.
Does a UK record require a region selection?
No. There is no region or nation selection for UK records in QuickStub. Scotland, Wales, England, and Northern Ireland all use the same document format in the current version.
What should I pair with a UK QuickStub record?
A self-assessment tax return and bank statements covering the same period. These corroborate the record.
