Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service. Violating it is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
Prohibited income misrepresentation
You may not enter false, inflated, or fabricated income figures, hours, pay periods, employer names, or contractor relationships. The Service is for documenting income you actually earned, not for creating records of income you did not.
Prohibited impersonation
You may not generate documents in the name of an employer, business, or person whose authority you do not have. You may not use the Service to issue documents to or about a third party without their knowledge and consent.
Prohibited deception
You may not use any document generated by the Service to deceive a lender, landlord, employer, insurer, court, government agency, immigration authority, or any other party as to your income, employment, residency, or identity.
Prohibited automation and bulk use
You may not use scripts, bots, scrapers, or any automated means to generate documents in bulk, evade rate limits, evade the watermark on previews, or otherwise circumvent technical controls. The per-account and per-IP rate limits are part of the Service.
Prohibited resale and re-distribution
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute generated documents, the templates, or access to your account. Documents are for your own records and lawful purposes only.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, void pending downloads, withhold refunds for breaching accounts, and report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. To report misuse, email support@quickstub.app.
