Canada earnings record generator
Generate a self-prepared Canadian earnings record in CAD on Letter paper. QuickStub supports three record types for Canada and requires a province or territory selection. All plans are billed in USD.
What a Canadian QuickStub record covers
QuickStub supports three Canadian record types: employee, contractor, and owner. Each shows the line categories applicable to that type — for employees, lines such as regular pay, federal income tax, provincial or territorial tax, CPP or QPP, and EI or QPIP; for contractors and owners, a simpler set without employer-side deductions.
Canadian tax and deduction lines are user-entered, not calculated by QuickStub. The app does not compute Canadian payroll tax, CPP or QPP contributions, or EI or QPIP premiums. You enter your own figures; the document records what you enter.
Tax rules vary by province and territory in Canada. QuickStub requires a province or territory selection because line labels and deduction categories differ — for example, Quebec uses QPP and QPIP instead of CPP and EI. The record does not guarantee compliance with any provincial or federal payroll law.

Honest, legitimate use only
These templates are for documenting income you actually earned. They are not 'fake stub' tools. We don't guarantee that any lender or landlord will accept a self-prepared document, and we don't recommend submitting one without supporting evidence like a tax return and bank statements.
Pair this record with a Notice of Assessment from the CRA and bank statements covering the same period.
